About the Opportunity

• Located in West-Central IL
• 330-bed, Level II Trauma Center with excellent sub-specialty backup
• 7 on / 7 off Schedule Paid Time Off 
• $300,000 annual compensation PLUS productivity incentives
• Quality Bonus Potential – 10% of Salary
• $150,000 educational debt forgiveness loan
• 50K sign-on plus full benefits
• Extra Shift Compensation – for shifts worked over the monthly minimum (14)
