• This is a well-respected physician-owned and operated group with an excellent reputation throughout the area
• Seeking experienced physicians to treat patients in local Skilled Nursing Facilities due to the rapid expansion of services 
• Available locations in St. Charles County, Clayton/Richmond Heights, and Alton, Illinois
• Offering flexible scheduling options and attractive compensation with benefits that include 401K and profit sharing 
• Ideal candidates will be board-certified in FM, IM, or Geriatrics – will consider EM with some post-acute experience
• Opportunities to become a site medical director for those who are interested in leadership
