A not‑for‑profit integrated health system in southeast Massachusetts that combines a 216-bed hospital and a medical group with over 150 physicians across 15 locations is adding an Interventional Cardiologist to serve as Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory

About the Opportunity:

• Full-time is four clinical days and one administrative day per week
• Combination of procedural, outpatient clinic, administrative, and hospital responsibilities.
• Shared hospital call with interventionalists and moonlighting staff
• Serve as Medical Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, providing clinical leadership, operational oversight, and strategic direction.
• Lead a modern Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory offering primary and elective percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).
• Collaborate closely with our tertiary academic affiliate, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center
• Oversee quality improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, and Cath Lab program development.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership, nursing, and cardiovascular services to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Participate in 24/7 emergency cardiac care, including the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.

• Join a team of five Non-Invasive Cardiologists, two Interventional Cardiologists, three Advanced Practice Providers, and two visiting Electrophysiologists from our affiliate, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and one Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center
• Advanced Heart Failure Program with a dedicated post-discharge clinic
• Anticoagulation Management Service
• Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory offering primary and elective percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI)
• Comprehensive diagnostic services

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary with additional Medical Director leadership stipend.
• Sign-On Bonus: $100,000–$150,000, for experienced providers
