Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a growing nonprofit health system in the recruitment of a Gastroenterologist in Duluth, Minnesota. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established GI team in a modern, well-equipped practice with a strong emphasis on procedures and flexibility in how you structure your schedule. Physicians will enjoy a two-year income guarantee, a competitive productivity model, and the opportunity to tailor their clinic and endoscopy schedules to their preferences.

Practice Highlights

• $700,000 guaranteed base salary for two years
• Option to transition to a production-based compensation model after year one
• $81.56 per wRVU conversion factor

• One clinic day per week with a strong focus on procedures
• Modern Endoscopy Center featuring four procedure suites

• ERCP/EUS experience welcomed but not required
