Schedule

• 16 shifts per month
• 8-hour shifts
• Typical schedule includes 14 day shifts and 2 night shifts
• Limited overnight responsibilities
• Dedicated team of 4 Nocturnists

Compensation

• $325,000 salary in Year 1
• $350,000 salary in Year 2
• Partnership beginning in Year 3
• Average partner compensation of approximately $450,000

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
• Completion of an Emergency Medicine residency program
