A nonprofit hospital system in northwest Indiana is adding Family Medicine physicians to its primary care team. This established healthcare system is steadily expanding in virtually all physician service lines. The physicians work well together and are eager to mentor and support new physicians as they build their practices. The group has needs in its Hobart location, which is under an hour from Chicago, IL.

About the Opportunity:

• Work in a small-group setting.
• Monday-Friday work week. No weekends
• 36 clinical hours per week
• Average daily patient census: 20-24
• Shared call structure with several providers
• EPIC EMR

Compensation/Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary ($250K Range) plus RVUs with a bonus structure based on productivity and quality
• Up to $25,000 in relocation assistance
• Robust benefits package including Medical, dental, vision, malpractice with tail, $6,000 per contract year for license, dues, CME
