• No cardiac, thoracic, or neonatal cases

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed salary of $605,000
• $1,500 per call shift
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• $75,000 student loan repayment over 3 years
• 8 weeks of paid time off
• 1 week of CME with allowance
