With seven outpatient locations across Orange and Volusia counties, this organization is known for its collaborative culture, low provider turnover, and strong focus on high‑quality, patient‑centered care. Position Highlights

• Manage a manageable schedule of 8–12 patients per day
• Primary focus on wellness visits and preventative care for adults 65+
• Occasional sick visits for established patients
• Monday-Friday, daytime schedule
• Value‑based care model serving Medicare Advantage patients (Humana, CarePlus, Aetna)
• Outpatient-only setting-no nights, weekends, or call requirements

Requirements

• Family or Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner certification
