Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed salary of $550,000–$600,000
• Partnership track in 1–2 years with a low buy-in
• Partner compensation exceeding $1.2 million annually, plus ASC distributions
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

Work-Life Balance

• Monday–Friday schedule
• Half-day Fridays
• Minimal call responsibilities:
  • Approximately 2 weekday nights per month
