This highly rewarding position offers:

• Reduced patient volumes – provider have a patient panel of 400 patients (see 10 to 15 patients per day)
• Strong compensation plan – earn up to $320,000 with base + bonuses
• Five weeks vacation + nine paid holidays + one week CME
