A successful and well-established outpatient primary care clinic in Brooklyn, NY, is seeking a Physician Assistant to join its growing practice. Founded in 1999, this group medical practice is deeply rooted in the community and operates out of a recently remodeled, state-of-the-art office with excellent physician and IT support.

We welcome new graduates and experienced Physician Assistants, with a strong preference for candidates who are fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese.

Position Overview

• Outpatient-only primary care with on-site physician support
• Care for patients ages 12 through geriatrics
• eClinicalWorks EMR
• No call responsibilities
• Schedule
  • Five-day work week. Sundays are required.
  • No nights

Compensation

• $160,000 base salary in the first year with a guaranteed 4% annual increase
• $180,000 base salary for PAs with 2+ years of primary care experience
• Low threshold for productivity bonus estimated at $24,000–$48,000 annually
• $10,000 bonus for a two-year contract (paid after year one with commitment to year two)

Requirements:

• NCCPA Certification
• New York license active or pending
• New and experienced physician assistants encouraged to apply
