A physician‑led, Phoenix‑headquartered healthcare organization with more than 500 team members is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its Primary Care team in Mesa, Arizona.

Position Summary

The Physician Assistant will provide comprehensive primary care services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. This role focuses on patient‑centered care, clinical excellence, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Essential Functions

• Provide medical care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Perform patient assessments, physical examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Conduct consultations, patient counseling, and health education
• Provide family planning services and well‑woman exams
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and treatments
• Manage prescription needs and coordinate ongoing patient care
• Provide guidance for chronic pain management and general health concerns

Requirments

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• NCCPA certification required
• Active or eligible Arizona licensure
• Minimum of one year of Primary Care experience required
