One of the largest and most influential healthcare systems in Massachusetts, which plays a central role in care delivery across the western part of the state, is adding an Endocrinologist. We are a nonprofit, integrated health system with 13,000 employees.

About the Opportunity:

• A dynamic team of 8 Endocrinologists, 4 Advanced Practitioners, 4 fellows, and a support team that includes diabetes educators, RDs, and RNs.
• This position includes both clinical care and teaching with a faculty appointment. Clinical research and QI, safety, and population science projects are available and encouraged.
• Great mix of outpatient general endocrinology and inpatient consults, practicing primarily at a 716-bed academic hospital with a level I trauma center
• Leadership is committed to your professional satisfaction and work/life balance
• Call is 1:7 weekends and led by endocrine fellows, prorated to FTE. 
• Work with fellows in our endocrine fellowship program, alongside internal medicine and med/peds residents, medical students, and APP students.
• Our robust program includes a Diabetes Self-Management Education program, our one-stop thyroid clinic, and our multi-disciplinary thyroid cancer program.
