Job Details

• Four 10‑hour clinic days per week supporting work-life balance. Part-time options available!
• Practice in a Level IV Trauma Center and expanding a Critical Access Hospital
• Open ICU environment with strong specialty collaboration
• Access to modern facilities, including a new OR and endoscopy suites, following a major hospital expansion
• Strong ancillary support and a collegial, mission‑driven medical staff

Compensation & Benefits

• Strong total compensation opportunity ($600K+) for full-time providers comprised of:
• Robust base salary and quality incentives up to $50K
• $40K commencement bonus and relocation assistance
• Annual CME allowance with paid CME time
