A multi-site, mission-driven, non-profit organization north of Boston, employing over 700 staff, is adding Family Medicine Physicians. Our primary focus is on providing the highest quality patient care to a culturally diverse population. We are nationally recognized as a leader in community medicine (family practice, pediatrics, internal medicine, and geriatrics).

About the Opportunity:

• Total outpatient
• 36 clinical hours per week
• All sites have EMR in place
• Clinics primarily serve the underserved.  Spanish-speaking skills would be a plus.
• Clinics see a mix of scheduled and walk-in patients.  A set provider is generally assigned the walk-in patients for a given day.
• Healthy base salary with RVU incentives
• Federal loan repayment is available

• A historic industrial city located 28 miles north of Boston
• Population of just under 80,000 residents with a diverse, largely Latino community
• Local municipal airport and easy access to Logan International Airport
• The city is known for its rich mill history along the Merrimack River and offers attractions like Lawrence Heritage State Park, the North Canal Historic District, local art at the Essex Art Center, and outdoor spaces like Den Rock Park, along with antique shops, breweries, and cultural festivals that reflect its immigrant heritage.
