A 60-bed inpatient rehab hospital on Cape Cod is adding a Hospitalist. We are part of the Mass General Brigham system. Our 60-bed facility offers a cozy, family-like environment, with high patient satisfaction and a strong reputation among regional physicians and patients. We provide interdisciplinary care for patients recovering from stroke, orthopedic surgery, trauma, amputation, and medically complex conditions. We are a nationally top-ranked acute rehab hospital system providing outstanding care to patients with complex rehabilitation and medical needs.

About the Opportunity:

• Join our inpatient team in a full-time, community-based role (no academic or research obligations). 
• Serve as the attending and/or consultant for 12–16 patients, managing both medical and rehabilitation needs alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
• Care for inpatients with complex rehab and medical needs
• Daily rounding, admission H&Ps, progress notes, discharge summaries
• Rehab-specific documentation: Physician Rehab Assessments, IPOCs, Interdisciplinary Team Conferences (ITCs)
• Average 1 admission/day (max 2)
• Participate in staff meetings and call rotation, including weekends (typically 1:8)
• Engage in hospital or division activities as assigned
• Monday-Friday, approx. 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
• Offering a guaranteed base salary, a $15k sign-on bonus, and up to $10k in relocation expenses
• Weekend call stipend
