A Federally Qualified Health Center in southeastern Massachusetts has an opening for a Family Medicine Physician. We have been serving the community since 1979, across four primary care locations, and delivering care to over 23,000 patients. We are accredited by The Joint Commission, and our practice sites are recognized as Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Homes by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).

About the Opportunity:

• 100% outpatient
• Call is approximately 1:7; however, very light due to nurses taking call
• There are OBGYNs on site weekly through our partnership with Boston Medical Center
• 1:1 MA
• 36 clinical hours with dedicated admin time
• See approximately 20 patients per day
• Half-day Saturday rotation every 8 weeks
• Athena EMR

Compensation/Benefits:

• Base salary in alignment with the market, plus quarterly incentives and signing bonus
• Loan repayment through Mass League of Community Health up to $50k, and HRSA loan repayment
• Company matching 403b, life insurance, paid malpractice, $3,000 per year CME

• Located 13 miles from Providence and just under 40 miles from Boston
• This community is known for its industrial history, sense of community, and a mix of cultural and outdoor attractions.
