Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a private group in Northwest/West Houston to recruit a new Gastroenterologist. The team is growing and expanding. Currently have 3 clinics and plan to add a few more within the year.

Seeking someone with an interest in being part of a private practice vs. being hospital employed. This is a traditional practice with an outpatient focus, while still providing some inpatient service.

Practice details

• Seeking board-certified or eligible Gastroenterologists
• Traditional practice with 1:4 call (APPs cover the majority of 1st call responsibility)
• Typical schedule 1/2 day clinic and 1/2 day procedures
• Opportunity for research and clinical trials
• 18 months to partnership – clearly defined pathway
• 500K guarantee plus productivity
• Paid Malpractice – occurrence-based
• Retirement
• 30+ days off annually
• CME plus allowance
• Sign-on and relocation allowance offered with hospital support
• Incoming provider will split time between a few clinics – Cypress/Katy/Tomball
