Enterprise Medical is partnering with a well‑established outpatient practice in West Central Minnesota seeking an internal medicine physician to join its growing team. This is an excellent chance to join a thriving, supportive practice committed to high‑quality patient care.

Position Highlights:

• 100% outpatient work, without inpatient consults (IM hospitalist coverage 24/7)
• Monday – Friday schedule with on-call by phone only
• 36 patient contact hours/week at a 1.0 FTE; option for a 3.5-4 day work week 
• Limited nursing home coverage if desired
• Flexible patient scheduling and an autonomous work environment
• Opportunity to teach medical students, medical residents, and advanced practice provider students as desired
• The practice offers a wide variety of in‑house specialty support, ensuring strong multidisciplinary collaboration and convenient access to additional clinical resources.
