Enterprise Medical is partnering with a well-established primary care clinic in Northwest Illinois to welcome an experienced physician leader to partner in a dyad leadership model, blending strategy, quality, and hands-on care in a mission-driven organization.

Position Overview:

• Balanced role with 3 days dedicated to leadership and operations, and 2 days of clinical practice
• Influence system-wide quality, clinical outcomes, and performance improvement across ambulatory care
• Collaborate closely with the CMO, executive leadership, and quality teams to drive patient-centered strategies
• Lead and support physicians and clinicians through data-driven performance management
• Opportunity to shape care delivery models while maintaining direct patient impact
