A community health center with 10+ locations throughout northern Indiana is hiring a full-time (in-person) BC/BE Psychiatrist to join their team in Kosciusko County, IN!

Opportunity Highlights

• Outpatient practice seeing all ages (5+)
• 32 patient contact hours with possible 4-day workweek
• Q5 weekend + holiday inpatient coverage (additional compensation)
• Collaborate with primary care providers, therapists, and case managers
• Supervise APPs (additional compensation per NP)

• Employed position offering base salary + bonus incentives
• $25,000 Sign-on Bonus
