A well-integrated healthcare system in Southeastern Massachusetts is seeking a Hospitalist Physician Assistant to join its dedicated inpatient team. This hospital-employed position is located at a financially stable, independent, 132-bed acute care community hospital serving a population of 170,000 in suburban areas near Boston and Providence. The hospital is just 35 minutes from Boston and 25 minutes from Providence, RI, offering easy access to both cities while practicing in a close-knit, patient-centered community.

Position Highlights:

• Provide high-quality, direct patient care in a collaborative and supportive hospitalist team
• Primary focus on admissions with an 8-day on / 6-day off schedule
• Regular shifts are 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM, including some weekends and holidays
• Average 9–12 admissions per shift
• No procedures required
• Collaborate cross-functionally with primary care providers and specialty teams
• Opportunity to expand your focus in geriatrics, oncology, or other areas of interest

Qualifications:

• NCCPA Certification
• Current or eligible license as a Physician Assistant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Minimum 1–2 years of inpatient experience as a Physician Assistant required
