We’re currently seeking a Family Medicine physician with OB training to join our dedicated team in a well-established rural clinic in Southwest Minnesota, 30 minutes from Sioux Falls, SD.

This is a traditional, full-spectrum position offering a blend of outpatient care, inpatient rounding, and OB, an ideal fit for a family medicine physician looking to keep all aspects of their training active and meaningful.

Position Highlights:

• $326,000 base salary plus full benefits and 401(k) with employer match
• $100,000 retention bonus
• Seven FM physicians, 1 doing C-sections, 1 general surgeon and 3 APPs
• Some FM giving up OB completely in the next few months/year
• Surgical OB call would be 1:3
• Family medicine call is 1:7
• Average of 20-25 patients/day
• Average of 95-120 births annually (30-35% are C-section)
• No ER coverage required – contracted group handles this, unless it is a ‘surgical emergency’
