• Efficient ORs, 8-11 cases per day
• General, fracture repair, joint scopes
• Trauma call is non-existent & never operates late
• Dedicated MAs & non-operative Orthopod
• Realistic earnings of $700,000-$900,000
• $100,000 Sign-on, CME, and full benefits
