A not-for-profit healthcare system in Northeast Oregon has an opening for an Emergency Nurse Practitioner to join their team.

Job Details:

• Level IV Trauma Center
• Approximately 34-38 patients per 24-hour shift
• The shift is 10am-10pm
• About 12,000 to 13,000 visits annually
• Fulltime, permanent position
• Epic EMR

Compensation and Benefits:

• Generous compensation ($135K+) RVU bonus based on annual threshold and quality incentives up to $10,000 annually
• $20K commencement bonus
• $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time
