Breast Care Navigator Advance Practice Provider Needed in Central Vermont
Seeking a caring, compassionate, warm person to work in a Breast Care Unit in central Vermont. You will be assisted by a 0.5 FTE RN and support staff and provide healthcare guidance to patients and collaborate with stakeholders to map out a seamless system for patient breast health pathways. You will work closely with the Cancer Center Medical Director, Surgeons, OB/Gyns, Radiologists, Pathologists, and Primary Care Physicians as an advocate for all. Master's Degree in Nursing or Graduate of an American Medical Association approved Physician Assistant educational program is required along with current CPR and ACLS certification.

- 40 hour work week
- No call
- Patient population practice will see all ages, but primarily adult
