Adult Medicine Advanced Practice provider needed in central CT ​

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner to work with our expanding team of professionals.  Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus. The PA or APRN will be responsible for providing coordinated and quality primary care services to patients. This position will work with the LGBT population and will ensure delivery of quality medical support services to this population.

  • PA or APRN
  • Cultural competence in serving LGBT population.
  • Computer skills (Microsoft office suite)
  • Experience with Electronic Medical records
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus
Located only 2 hours from Boston and New York City. The Center serves more than 17,000 patients in central Connecticut and provides pediatrics, family practice, internal medicine, OB/GYN, podiatry, nutrition, dental, optometry services and behavioral health.
