• Join a physician medical group within a hospital system
• Be in a well-established practice with a retiring colleague

• 4.5 work week
• Average 20+ deliveries a month and 20-25 surgeries 
• Call 1 in 4
• Salary in the $300,000s, based on experience, plus RVUs, and bonus program
