- Client seeks physicians interested in working in a forward thinking, team oriented, collaborative environment.
- Care teams include physicians and health coaches who treat a medically complex patient population.
- New provider can expect to see 12-15 patients per day, M-F, utilizing an internally designed EMR.
- Capitated system offers a base salary, robust benefits package including occurrence malpractice and equity position.
