Seeking a board-certified Internal Medicine physician in the Houston Metro area for a full-time role in a high-efficiency, geriatric-focused neuropathy clinic. Minimal administrative burden, strong support staff, and a predictable weekday schedule with no call or weekends.

Highlights

• Opportunities are located in Spring/Missouri City, TX
• Monday-Friday (half-day Fridays), no weekends or call
• Average of 30 patients per day – 2 new patients, 2 re-evaluations (30 minutes), and ~26 brief follow-ups managed primarily by MAs
• 8 fully equipped exam rooms, each with E-Stim machines
• 6-8 weeks of neuropathy-focused onboarding with senior clinical leaders
• EMR: NextGen with templates, NO charting after-hours
• Base salary starting at $275K+, bonus structure launching 2026
• Benefits include $400/month health stipend, pooled PTO (4-6 weeks), W2 or 1099
