A well-established and growing group practice is actively seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join their outpatient team in Johns Creek and Alpharetta, two thriving suburbs of Atlanta. The practice is known for its patient-centered approach, with a strong emphasis on wellness and preventative care.

Position Overview:

• 100% outpatient with no hospital responsibilities
• Monday-Friday schedule with light phone call rotation (1:10)
• Collegial group focused on long-term patient relationships and quality care
• Supportive administrative and clinical staff
• EMR Epic

Compensation & Benefits:

• Market-based salary with productivity bonus starting year one
• A higher base salary is considered for experienced physicians
• Full benefits package including health, malpractice, 401(k), and CME with PTO
• RVU 40%-47% sliding scale for every $100k billed up to 1.4 million
