The largest independent multi-specialty group in the Phoenix, Arizona, area is bringing on additional Family Medicine Physicians due to growth and retirements. We are a network of more than 70 Providers offering Primary Care, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Orthopedics, Neurology, Endocrinology, and Behavioral Health.

About the opportunity:

• Option for 4 or 5 day work week
• Total outpatient
• Call is 2-3 times per month
• Athena EMR
• Join a team of Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
• See approximately 23 patients per day

• Base salary plus RVU and value-based incentives
