A highly awarded health system in southern Connecticut is seeking a full-time board-certified/board-eligible internal medicine physician for an established, multi-provider primary care practice in Essex, CT.  The incoming physician will step into a well-established panel of patients and partner with providers that have deep roots in the Middlesex area

Practice Highlights:

• Very light shared call – phone only
• Monday – Friday office hours.
• No weekends
• 7:15 am – 5 pm
• EPIC EMR
• 290-bed non-profit hospital
