This 23-practitioner group has been Delaware’s practice of choice for the past four decades in skin and aesthetic services. Join alongside a tenured and cohesive team. There is also a full-size lab with a board-certified Dermatopathologist and 10 technicians. 

•  3-day or 4-day workweek option (30 hours of patient contact time)
• $350,000 associate salary + 40% net collections model
• Associates earning $750,000 Plus
• Opportunity to practice general, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology 
• NO hospital-based call or inpatient requirements. Practice call 1:16
• 2 -3 MAs that can scribe
• 3-year associate to partnership track
• Complete benefits package including a 401K Safe Harbor plan with 3% match, 100% paid for medical insurance, and 100% medical malpractice insurance, plus much more
