Enterprise Medical is assisting a practice in coastal South Carolina, searching for an orthopedic total joint specialist to provide inpatient and outpatient care, focusing on hip, knee, and shoulder replacements. Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, advanced surgical care.

Position Highlights

• Patient Volume: 17-20 patients/day
• Support Team: Includes dedicated nurse, PAs, and experienced surgical teams
• Procedures: Joint replacements, revisions, minimally invasive surgeries
• EMR: Cerner
• Standard Monday-Friday hours
• Low call rotation (1:8 ED, 1:6 clinic)

Compensation & Benefits

• Sign-on Bonus: $40-50K
• Salary: MGMA median base + WRVU bonuses
