A reputable healthcare system has a job opening for a Night Shift Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner to join their team. This hospital-employed position is located 75 miles Northwest of Charlotte and 55 miles East of Asheville in the Blue Ridge Mountains. They would prefer Hospitalist experience but are open to training a new graduate Nurse Practitioner.

Job Details:

• Average of 15 shifts per month
• 7 pm-7 am
• No procedures
• Work with two Hospitalist during the night shift
• Patient census of 100-120
• The Hospitalist typically covers the ICU but may need assistance from a Nurse Practitioner if there is a high volume
• Job duties include admissions, rounding, orders, etc.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary based on MGMA Standard plus incentives
• Sign-on bonus-$10,000
• Relocation-Up to $15,000
• 8 Days of vacation time per year

Requirements:

• Board Certified Acute Care, Family, or Adult/Gerontology Nurse Practitioner
