Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a Hospital in the Seattle, Washington Metro area in recruiting a new Epileptologist. They are a Comprehensive Epilepsy Center offering a collaborative and flexible work environment, providing comprehensive care for epilepsy patients, including clinic evaluations, specialty evaluations, diet management, women's care, EMU evaluations, and presurgical evaluations. This is a growing program; the incoming provider will have an opportunity to be involved in the evolution and maturing of the department. The current Neuroscience team is upwards of 30 Neurologists in varying sub-specialties and NeuroHospitalists.

Practice Details:

• 100% Epilepsy focused practice – no general Neurology
• Conduct clinic evaluations and manage epilepsy care plans
• Perform continuous EEG and EMU work
• Engage in presurgical evaluations and epilepsy surgery (for candidates with surgical interest)
• Provide care across two sites 8 miles apart and an EMU
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across specialties, including Movement, Headache, Dementia, Neuromuscular, Stroke, and MS
• Utilize telemedicine to enhance patient care flexibility
• Monday – Friday Flexible schedule, could work 7 days on and have a shorter schedule the following week
• Call of 1/4-5: consists of reading EEGs from home
• Physicians can live in downtown Seattle or the surrounding suburbs

Compensation/Benefits:

• Salary plus bonus guaranteed over 300K in year 1. The expectation is to go higher in year 2 with further production once ramped up
