Enterprise Medical is assisting a major Health System in Western Chicago with its search for an Urgent Care/Convenient Care Nurse Practitioner.

Position Summary:

• Provide patients with all aspects of care, including chronic conditions, well care, and acute care, cost-effectively, focusing on quality outcomes. 
• Act as a role model to facilitate and enhance the development of quality nursing care through evidence-based practice.

Schedule:

• First shift, Monday – Friday 7:45 am – 7:30 pm; Sat and Sun 7:45 am – 5 pm; Rotating weekends
• Weekends are required
• No On-Call required

Position Requirements:

• Current licensure from the State of Illinois as a Registered Professional Nurse and Advance Practice Nurse.
• Master of Science in Nursing with clinical specialty appropriate to the position.
• Current certification by the American Nurse Credentialing Center or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
• Maintain the State of Illinois and Federal DEA license.
• Must maintain Copley Memorial Hospital clinical privileges, if applicable.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience with 2 years of experience in area of clinical specialty.
• CPR certification. 
• Excellent communication skills.
