About the opportunity:

• 4-day work week
• Call averages every 50 days with after-hours nurse triage coverage
• 2 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers
• 1:1 Medical Assistant
• A network of health centers with 15+ locations
• eClinicalWorks EMR
• Base salary based on experience plus incentives including 26 days of PTO, 5 days CME, reimburse for all licensing post-start
