About the opportunity:

• Option for 4-day, work week
• Call averages every 50 days with after-hours nurse triage coverage
• 4 Physicians and several Advanced Practice Providers
• 1:1 Medical Assistant
• Network of health centers with 15 + locations

• Base salary based on experience plus incentives
• Full benefits plus 26 days of PTO, 5 days CME, reimbursement for all licensing post-start
