Practice Information 

• Option for four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days
• Exclusively Monday – Friday schedule
• 1:6 phone call rotation
• 45-90 minutes for new patient visits & 30 minutes for follow-up visits
• Dedicated administrative time built into work hours
• 16-20 patients per day
• Option for minor procedures and women’s health
• Dedicated immigration attorney well-versed in J1 & H1B visa sponsorship
• On-site lab
• Dedicated MA to assist with prescription refills, follow ups and more
• In-house diabetes specialists and three-person care management team
• Up to $300,000 salary with additional earning incentives

About as far “downeast” as you can get in Maine, the coastal city of Eastport is right across the bay from New Brunswick, Canada, and situated on Moose Island, between Cobscook Bay and Passamaquoddy Bay. Eastport has the deepest port on the East Coast, and this region is notorious for its ripping tides and powerful currents.
