An independent community-based academic medical center and health system is adding an Internal Medicine Physician to join an established practice in southwest Connecticut. 

About the opportunity:

• 2 Provider practice
• Monday-Friday work week
• No nights or weekends
• Call 1:11
• 36 patient contact hours
• The physician is assigned a medical assistant
• Office has a strong support staff
• Patient-centered practice opportunity in a supportive and collegial environment

Financial package/benefits:

• Sign-on bonus

• Five days CME and a $3500 stipend
