A community-based healthcare system located in Western Colorado has an opening for a Family Nurse Practitioner to work in an outpatient primary care and walk-in clinic setting.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary $119,558.40 – $157,206.40 per year
• $10,000 Sign-on
• $4,000 Relocation
• CME Reimbursement $3,000

Job Details:

• 4 Days a week – 10 Hour Shifts
• 3 Primary Care days / 1 Walk-In day
• See patients of all ages
• Perform comprehensive health histories and physical assessments on assigned patients
• Perform orders and interpret diagnostic studies
• Order medication, treatments, and therapies

Requirements:

• Masters of Science in Nursing from an accredited program
• Colorado license or pending Colorado license
• Three years of health care experience desired
