The center's mission is to improve the health and well-being of diverse populations in the Boston area by providing exceptional, comprehensive, integrated health services.

Practice opportunity

• Provide services for the underinsured, underserved, and economically disadvantaged
• Recognized as a Level 2 Patient-Centered Medical Home
• Health center averages more than 26,000 annual visits
• Spanish fluency is desirable; however not required
