A not-for-profit healthcare system in Northeast Oregon has an opening for a Urology-Physician Assistant to join their team.

Opportunity

• Provide first-assist services in surgery: deep and simplified tissue closures, application of appliances, and any other action delegated by the surgeon.
• Provide pre and postoperative surgical care.
• Cleanse and debride wounds.
• Suture lacerations and remove sutures and staples.
• Perform electrocardiogram tracing, Uroflow interpretation, and Cystometrogram (CMG) Interpretation. Insert indwelling urinary catheters.

Financial Package

• Very robust compensation of 141K+
• Quality incentives up to $20k
• RVU bonus based on annual threshold
• Commencement bonus of $20,000
• $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time
