A not-for-profit Rural Health Clinic in La Grande, Oregon, is adding two experienced Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to their team!

Opportunity Highlights

• Joining 1 Psychiatrist, 4 LCSW’s, 3 Community Health Worker’s and 1 Behavioral Health Specialist
• Four 10-hour days per week
• Outpatient (in-person) setting
• Average 14-18 patients/day
• Facility is equipped with 30 exam rooms, Epic EMR, and an on-site lab

Requirements

• 2+ years of PMHNP experience
• Master's or doctorate in nursing with psychiatric mental health specialization
• RN license and APRN license in Oregon (or ability to obtain)
• Federal DEA registration

Compensation and Benefits Package

• Hospital employed with a base salary of $157,000
• Earn production bonuses + up to $15k in quality incentives
• $15k commencement bonus plus relocation assistance
