Services offered include – year-round primary care, preventive healthcare, anti-aging medicine, sleep disorder medicine, Bioidentical Hormone Therapy, customized fitness, nutrition, and vitamin programs.

Practice Highlights

• 250+ existing patient members ($350/month for membership) with the ability to grow
• The current provider sees 1-3 patients/day, ensuring a great work/life balance

• $230k-$250K salary but convert to production model (based off membership)
