A private pediatric group in southwest Louisiana is adding a BC/BE Pediatrician for a full-time and permanent position. You are joining a well-established single-specialty practice consisting of 10 physicians, 4 APPs, MAs, and nurses. 

• Partnership track  
• Schedule: 4 weekdays/week (Monday – Friday) with rotating Saturday/Sunday coverage (only open until noon on Saturday/Sunday)
• Outpatient with newborn rounding 
• No attendance at deliveries or c-sections
• Hospitalists and Neonatologists are available
• Call coverage is phone only with nurse triage receiving/screening calls first

This busy practice is adding another pediatrician due to increased volume and succession planning. They are offering a regionally competitive salary guarantee with a production bonus, a $20,000 signing bonus, $5,000 for relocation, and a complete benefits package that includes vacation and CME time.
