• Full-Time Outpatient
• Monday-Friday, 8A – 5P but may consider a different schedule arrangement
• Guaranteed base salary for first 12 months
• Base starting at $230-250k, sign-on bonus 
• Positions in Goodyear and Avondale, also in North Phoenix
