Neal Fenster started with Enterprise Medical Services in 1990 after receiving his degrees in Personnel Management and Marketing from the University of Missouri, Columbia. Neal decided on a career in physician recruiting and consulting after working with his mentor, a medical recruiter, and one of the most dynamic individuals he has ever met. Greg gained a degree in marketing and management before becoming a physician consultant with Enterprise Medical Services nine years ago. Due to his experience and keen ability to provide advice based on changing dynamics in several medical areas, Greg specializes in placing Family Practice physicians. Greg takes his job very seriously and considers himself responsible for the physician and their family's well being as they search for a new community. After completing his dual Master's Program in Healthcare Administration and Business Administration, Greg became a physician recruiter in 1994. He represents the Family Practice physician specialty. Mike has been at Enterprise about three years and takes a very humanistic approach to recruiting. His primary goal, through in depth conversation, is to thoroughly understand the needs of our physician clients. He earned an undergraduate degree in public administration and has several years of experience assisting doctors with their practice searches. Mike is an intricate part of the 2-man Primary Care Connection team. His tireless efforts have helped numerous physicians find their ideal jobs.

Steve brings over 22 years of sales management experience to the world of Physician Recruiting. As a Business major from Tulane with Advanced Management classes at both Harvard and Washington University, Steve brings a unique outside perspective to this job. His past employment experiences with Major Fortune 500 Companies have enabled Steve to develop his interpersonal skills when dealing with the end-consumer. His specific areas of concentration include General, Vascular, Plastic, Cardiovascular, Cardiothoracic, Trauma, Colon-rectal Surgery and Family Practice. "Establishing a rapport with my physicians early on in the game is critical in gaining their trust and fully understanding how I can best find an opportunity that meets their needs." Steve has mastered the art of communication and follow-through and realizes the importance of keeping all parties briefed throughout the process.

Before becoming a physician recruiter in 1992, Steve thoroughly tested his skills in management, strategic planning and negotiation in his positions as Sales Manager with two of the top companies in the United States, Coca-Cola and Anheuser Busch. Steve takes pride in bringing personal representation and great follow-up to every step of the recruiting process. He most enjoys "making the match" that lasts for physician and healthcare organizations.
